Fresh and Healthy with Unpopular Super Food

Unpopular super food which useful for support fresh and healthy for our body.

To live in a healthy lifestyle doesn't need hard way to achieve it. Relate to health food we consume to support our health, God has provide food to us. Do you  know that  around us, there are many super food we can consume to support our healthy?. Yes, sometime we do not realize that the foods we are ignored are super food.

These are unpopular super food.

1. Prunes
This super food has potassium two times more than banana, and has antioxidants more that blueberry has. Besides that, prunes are rich of fiber that very needed or healthy body.

2.Beet

Some of us feel strange with beet, a kind of vegetable. Beet is rich of fiber, iron and vitamin C. This super food has betacyanin that help to prevent colon cancer


3. Chayote
Chayote has Chayote that is antioxidants that useful to enhance immune and reduce from cancer risk attack and heart attack

4. eggplant
This super food that usually consumed as vegetable is rich of fiber and vitamin B1, B3, B6. eggplant has rich of acid chlorogenic that is compound useful for counteract the free radicals. Eggplant also has nasunin that is antioxidant which good to prevent cell damage which can cause cancer

5.Peanut
Peanut is forgotten super food that very good for preventing cancer and heart attack. Peanuts are rich of fiber, protein and antioxidant.

So, fresh and healthy is not about expensive things we must have.
